What’s your favourite restaurant? 

My favourite restaurant of all time has to be Marco Grill situated in Chelsea. Pretty affordable and absolutely perfect for steak lovers. I highly recommend the scallops for starters too!

What’s your favourite thing to cook? 

My favourite thing is baking cupcakes. My favourite thing to cook has to be garlic salmon with homemade paprika sweet potato wedges! Simple and really doesn’t take much preparation but tastes amazing.

What’s your favourite thing to write about?

My favourite thing to write about ties in perfectly with my food writing. I love travelling and discovering new places abroad and locally and especially trying new foods which inspired my Dalston Superstore brunch review.

Tyler is a 19-year-old journalism student born and raised in South-East London. He has been a vegetarian for over a year now and is highly addicted to coffee.

 What’s your favourite restaurant?

My favourite restaurant is called Mildred’s in Soho. It’s a tiny place that specialises in vegetarian food and has the worlds best cheesecake. You have to sit virtually on top of other people but it’s completely worth it for the food.

What’s your favourite thing to cook?

Before I was a vegetarian I was a terrible cook but now I love experimenting. Usually I cook with predominantly healthy foods but lately I’ve devised the ‘Vegetarian Heart Attack’. Two pieces of French toast buttered with hummus, an avocado and falafel patty in between, some cheese sprinkled in for good measure, then five minutes in a toasty machine.

What’s your favourite thing to write about?

I love writing about identity, my own and other peoples. For that reason, I really enjoy brining that into my food writing which is what inspired my piece on Chicken Shops.
